This sweetheart was found wandering alone, injured and in pain-two rubber bands cruelly cutting off circulation to his foot. But even in the face of such unkindness, Cotton's spirit remained unbroken. He's now receiving top-notch veterinary care, and his healing journey has begun. Cotton's story is one of resilience. Despite everything, he greets people with a wagging tail and eyes full of trust. He's friendly, affectionate, and ready to shower his future family with unconditional love.
