Meet Irene A few months ago, we welcomed sweet Irene from ACCT Philly. She arrived with a severe skin infection and needed time, care, and patience to heal. Thanks to consistent treatment and lots of love, Irene is finally healthy and ready for a forever home of her own. Irene is a petite, ~40-lb pit bull, about 1 year old, with the softest velvet coat and the biggest heart. She's the kind of girl who believes personal space is optional-sit on the couch and she'll happily scoot in to spoon. Affection is her love language, and she would thrive in a home where her people are around often.
