Meet Bishop, a smart, sweet, lovable, happy-go-lucky puppy who is ready to find his forever family. Bishop is an 8-month-old Hound mix weighing about 41 pounds, with the perfect balance of sweetness, playful puppy energy and gentle affection. He is an incredibly loving boy who loves cuddling with his people after a fun day of play. He also enjoys running around with his foster brothers and happily entertains himself with his toys. This special pup was rescued from Walton County Animal Shelter alongside his brothers, Buck and Richie, just in the nick of time. Bishop and his brothers have finally all found fosters and are doing great! Bishop is smart and eager to please. He is learning to walk nicely on a leash, doing well with potty training and picks up new skills quickly. Like most puppies, with consistent training and guidance, he will thrive. Bishop would love a home with a backyard to play in, along with daily walks and adventures. He would also love to have other dogs to call his family! Above all, Bishop dreams of a home where he can play, chew bones, learn, and curl up on the couch for cozy snuggles. Bishop is vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, progressing in crate training and ready to start his next chapter. Applicants in surrounding states could potentially adopt a BarkVille dog if their application is approved, they live within 2-3 hours of the Greater Atlanta area, and they are able to pick up their dog from the foster home.
