Animal Control was dispatched for a young pup chained to a tree - no food, no water, no shelter... just a baby trying to survive.A few days later, another call came in for a loose dog. If you are located within 4 hours of the pet, please be prepared to pick up the pet. For greater distances, MAD does offer transport assistance for up to 350 miles for the adopter, however transport is primarily on the responsibility of the adopter.
