I AM BUCK - I&#39M KIDS AND DOGS&#39 FRIENDLY! Meet Buck -- a lovable, happy-go-lucky puppy who is ready to find his forever family. Buck is a 7-month-old Hound mix weighing about 39 pounds, and he has the perfect blend of puppy energy and sweet affection. He is incredibly loving and one of his favorite things to do is cuddle up with his people after a fun day of play. He also enjoys running around and playing with his brothers and can often be found happily entertaining himself with his toys. This sweet boy was rescued from Walton County Animal Shelter alongside his brothers. Bishop and Richey just in the nick of time. Although we did not have a foster home lined up, we knew we could not leave him and his family behind. He is currently in boarding and would love nothing more than a foster or forever family to give him the comfort, love, and stability he deserves. Buck is a smart boy who is already learning to walk nicely on a leash and picks up new skills quickly. With his eager-to-please personality, he will thrive with continued training and guidance. As a growing puppy, he would love a home with a backyard where he can stretch his legs, along with daily walks and adventures. He would do wonderfully in a family with kids or other dogs, though he would also be perfectly happy as the center of attention. Most of all, Buck dreams of a home where he can play, learn, and then curl up on the couch for snuggles with his family. Buck is vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, crate trained, and house trained -- all ready to start his next chapter.
