Currently located at our Owensboro, KY location Meet Louie! Our gentle 1 year old Labrador Retriever Great Dane mix! Louie has done well with other dogs here at the shelter and in temporary foster homes! He does need to be in a home without cats or young children. The shelter is no environment for a sweet boy like Louie. Won't you open your arms and home for him?Louie is still learning what it means to be loved by people. He tends to be nervous and will need time to decompress in his new home. Having a doggy sibling really helps him to feel comfortable! He is heartworm negative and ready to be adopted today! All of our dogs are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped and spayed or neutered.
